Our story

BetterListings is the byproduct of our passion for real estate and technology that started with Andrew, Jess and Elvis (the worlds cutest Beagle) in the winter of 2020 while we were locked down in our home base of Toronto, Ontario during the COVID 19 pandemic. We've come a long way since then, but our mission remains the same: to help make the world of real estate a better place for agents, brokers and homeowners.

We came up with the idea to create BetterListings after realizing the process of creating listing and marketing materials was time consuming and frustrating, and that the results were often lackluster. We wanted to create a tool that would make the process of creating real estate marketing materials easier, faster, and more enjoyable. Ultimiatly we realized it could be completely automated, so we've been working hard to make that a reality.

When we realized that we could make agents look better and that would help them sell more homes and attract new clients, we knew we were on to something big. We've seen our tool become a great asset to landlords, home owners, large rental building owners, and anyone else who needs to create a listing or marketing materials for a property.

We are committed to creating the best possible product and experience for our users through continuous improvement of our existing features, and by adding new features. We are always open to feedback and suggestions from our users, whether you're a home owner, small time landlord, seasoned agent or just getting started!
